Access
By public transport
From Lucerne, take the train to Sarnen. From Sarnen, take the Postbus towards Melchtal-Stöckalp to the ‘Alte Post’ stop in St. Niklausen. Then continue on foot for about 10 minutes along the footpath (follow the signs for “Bethanien”), or 15 minutes along the road (see ‘By car’).
By car
From the A8 motorway, take the Sarnen-Nord exit, then follow signs for Kerns – Melchtal. In St. Niklausen, turn left at the ‘Alpenblick’ restaurant. After about 300 metres, turn left towards ‘Bethanien’. The house is at the end of the road.
